Hi! Welcome to my portfolio! I am currently a student at IU Indianapolis, pursuing a undergraduate degree in game development and design. I also plan to pursue a graduate degree in Human Computer Interaction. I specialize in game design, so while I have worked on prototypes for classwork and others’ personal projects, I specialize more on the creative aspects; this mostly includes level design and gameplay design. But I also am skilled in programming languages and other software so I can make quick prototypes. I would love to be a gameplay designer, level designer, or
I have made prototypes for puzzle games, visual novels and board games. And I hope to make more so I can share my games with the world!

PORTFOLIO
Limbo Lane - Level Design / Unreal Blueprints
This was a project for a class where we had to design a level and make gameplay relating to the narrative design. My project was a story about a girl exploring purgatory while being chased by enemies. I implemented enemy artificial intelligence, otherworldly particles, and blinking lights to help guide the player. This project shows well thought out level design and use of exploration of Unreal 5’s blueprints, materials, and particle engines. Using the particle and material system also adds to the level design because it makes the world feel more alive and immersive with extra detail.

Project Rei - Art Lead /Narrative Design
Project Rei - Art Lead /Narrative Design
Project Rei is a dungeon-crawler role-playing game exploring the human condition in various dungeons. I am the lead art designer and have designed all of the characters and creatures. I also am importing all of these to the Godot game engine and formatting them accordingly. Then the programmer is implementing gameplay. I am also working with the programmer to create the narrative which deals with many serious topics.

Freaky Funhouse - Prototype / Level Design
Time taken : Ongoing
Freaky Funhouse is a personal project I have been working on in Unreal. It is a role-playing game and puzzle game where the player must solve puzzles throughout the map, which is a circus, to escape. An artist gave me basic placeholder sketches and then I began designing the monsters and enemies, as well as NPCs. I also designed the basic layout of a map. I wanted there to be a baseline and then I could go back in and fix what i needed to. This project heavily focused on game and level design. It also displayed how to make paths for players and visualize what decisions players might make so you could modify what needed to change. I also used placeholder meshes to better visualize my idea.

Murderhouse Inc. - Level Design / Gameplay Design
Time taken : Finished in 2024, but making small touch ups
This project was from a prototype I was working on called “Murderhouse Inc.” It is a game where you play as serial killers that own a business. The game takes place in two locations, the protagonists house an the office. Before I put it in Unreal, I wanted a visual representation of what I think the office would look like and some of the UI designs. This is level design but is also paper prototyping, which I think is very crucial in the design process.
